Amazing service, nice atmosphere, very clean. I was surprised to see the whole place carpeted. The wood was some of the best I've ever had no lie. They make their own horseradish sauce and it was amazing (and I hate horseradish sauce) I had the salmon burger as you can see in the pic. They really do cook with love. They've been around since 1994 but she's talking about retiring. I've got to go back for some French onion soup

Leila makes the tastiest Salmon cakes...the slaw is yummy...Josephine is always a delight makes feel right at home...cozy atmosphere. .Great food..

Very good food and service was good. The Reuben was one of the best I have ever had.

Absolutely horrible service and awful food! We just had six tables come and go as we patiently waited for ours. We were not offered refills on our drinks or checked on at all! When we finally told the cashier we would just take our food to go so the hubby wouldn't be late to work it was immediately boxed. It was cold and burnt!!!!! We were offered a discount but free would still have been to much for this slop. What was supposed to be a relaxing lunch turned into agravation and disgust. We won't be back. Ever.

Wonderful food. Freshly made soups (don't miss the creamy tomato if it's on the menu for the day). Delicious hot out of the oven bread. First class chicken parm sandwich and well seasoned fresh made garlic and cheesey garlic bread. They also have espresso drinks if you're looking for a caffeine fix. Great place for a delicious lunch. There's great desserts too foe the sweet tooth in the group

I love this place. I live in Covington and this is really one of our true gems of our little town. The owner of this establishment is one of the nicest people I know and is very accomodating. When the MSS is busy there may be a little wait time but it's truly worth it. The clam chowder is the best on the entire planet. (Bring it boys up in the north east!). The sandwiches are awesome on a nice homemade bread. The chicken salad is to die for and they have have the best reubens in town hands down. The italian creme sodas (my favorite is vanilla) are a perfect take home desert drink while you complain how full you are on the way home. The coffee is also excellent. Well worth a stop if your passing through our little town. Enjoy!!

The potato soup is so delicious it's hard to believe. My mom is just as wild about the tomato bisque. The deserts like the rum cake (special request only) are so delicious it's sick

This is by far my favorite place to eat in this little town. The potato soup and grilled cheese are to die for. Here for a couple more days, I will definitely go back to try more. The owner is a sweet little Italian lady...so adorable <3 People like this, is what makes your trip away from home so enjoyable <3

Being from out of state, found this place right down from the hotel. Good food, good service, and large portions. If you leave hungry, it's your own dang fault.

Outstanding turkey sandwich. I can't say enough how something so seemingly simplistic stood out so much. Service was excellent as was the iced tea!
